Meditation

One of the main practices for connecting to the Earth, that I want to share with you, is meditation. In the meditative space, we can enter into connection with the Earth and feel its presence in a very real way. As we work this way, we develop our capacity for feeling and opening to deeper connection with the Earth. It becomes more real and present in our lives. Meditation also helps us awaken to the ancient wisdom we carry within us. This allows us to grow and discover our own unique spiritual path in this lifetime.

Find a quiet space, where you will be undisturbed, make yourself comfortable and allow yourself to reconnect with your inner world and through that, to your connection to all that is. The meditations are designed for practitioners of all experience levels. If you are a beginner, my voice will help guide you through the process and help you hold the space to enter peace and stilness. If you are an experienced meditator, these meditations can support you in safely opening to the Earth and the consciousness of Source.

Opening to Connection Meditation

This is a simple but profound meditation, opening the mind and body to the interconnectedness of the greater world around us. Starting with connecting the breath to a simple repetitive movement in the hand, we follow steps of perspective, uniting our breath and blood to the movement, then the air, the plants, trees and sun, out to the interconnectedness of the Galaxy. The essence of this meditation is to experience a feeling of connectedness and to allow that feeling to grow within us. We all yearn to feel connected.

Meditation for Beginners

If you have never done meditation before or you are just starting a solo practice, this is a meditation for you. I take you step-by-step through the process. You will learn how to use your breath to connect to the present moment, to relax your body and enter into the mind, body, spirit connection, and to expand into a safe space of pure being. The essence of this meditation is to gain confidence in a basic process.

If you are already familiar with entering a meditative space you can also use this meditation to deepen your own practice.

This course offers meditations to help you open to a deeper relationship with the Earth. Each meditation will take you step by step through the process of opening, connecting and learning from nature as a teacher. These meditations form a foundation for deeper practice and are an excellent place to start. The meditations are suitable for beginners and those familiar with meditation. This course includes 3 meditations, exercises and journal prompts for self relfection. Course duration 2 - 3 hrs
